# Jev Logs

> Open-source TypeScript log triage. Score, prioritize, and route OpenTelemetry logs with TypeSafe's Jev before expensive LLM analysis. MIT licensed. npm package `jevlogs` v0.3.0. Requires Node.js 22+.

Jev Logs sits between your logs and your LLM bill. It keeps every record. Only confidently low-value, low-priority events may skip a separate analysis branch. Errors, protected records, timeouts, and uncertain answers stay eligible for analysis.

This is a public preview. Production accuracy and savings have not been independently validated. Independent project. Not affiliated with TypeSafe, Vercel, GitHub, or OpenTelemetry. The hosted model is TypeSafe's Jev via Vercel AI Gateway. This repository is the integration SDK.

Do not send API keys or production logs to the website. Live evaluation uses `AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY` on your machine.
